The first split CD on BESTIAL ONSLAUGHT is a collaboration between two of the Boston area's heaviest three-pieces. CONTINUED WITHOUT A FINDING (aka CWAF) hammers through four tracks of their thick, riffy Grind/Sludge amalagam with post-apocalyptic fury! Percussionary powerhouse John Gillis (ANAL CUNT, KEVORKIAN'S ANGELS, ex-TODAY IS THE DAY, to name a few) lays the pulse for riffmaster Tom Walsh and bassist/throatist Brad Fletcher (also of KEVORKIAN'S ANGELS), from the thunderous blasting of "Black Mountain" through the hypnotic dirge of "Aftermath". NOOSEBOMB contributes three dirty, mid-paced Metal songs, painting a cold, bleak picture of modern life. Axeman/singer Jeff Hayward and bassist Randy Odierno have played together previously in both GRIEF and DISRUPT, and NOOSEBOMB combines the biting, depressive Doom/Sludge hooks of the former with the fist-pumping Thrash/Hardcore drive of the latter; the trio is rounded out by drummer Mike Butkiewicz (also of BANE OF EXISTENCE). The album is packaged with brilliant art from Brian Livoti, composer of covers for WATCHMAKER, DECEMBER WOLVES, ABHORRED, THE ENDLESS BLOCKADE and others.
